A Heartfelt Farewell from Nefertiti Salon 💖
It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that Nefertiti Salon will be closing its doors, with our last trading day being Sunday, 22nd December 2024. This decision was not made lightly, as Nefertiti has been a cherished part of my life, filled with meaningful connections and memories made with each of you.
A Message from the Heart
The challenges of the past few years have been felt by so many, and like many small businesses, Nefertiti Salon has faced significant financial pressures and the impact of an ongoing economic downturn. Despite my best efforts to weather these challenges, it has become increasingly difficult to sustain the salon.
This decision was made with deep thought and care, and I want you to know how much I have valued your support, loyalty, and trust throughout this journey.
Important Information
Last Appointments: We are at capacity with appointments prior to Christmas, so unfortunately we can not accommodate any further appointments, you are welcome to call us to be added to our cancellation list.
Gift Vouchers: If you hold a Nefertiti Salon gift voucher that expires by December 2025, I kindly ask that you get in touch with me about this
Product Recommendations & Records: If you need advice on your skincare regimen or product recommendations moving forward, I’m more than happy to assist. Please don’t hesitate to reach out during this transition.
Online shop on website: The online shop service will remain open until end of January should you wish to purchase any products that we still have in stock.
Gift Voucher Sales: As of 10th December 2024 will no longer be selling any gift vouchers for Nefertiti Salon.
Future Appointments: We will be in touch with you if you have booked ahead past the closure date
A Note About Our Team
I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible team at Nefertiti Salon. Their hard work, passion, and dedication have been instrumental in creating the warm, welcoming experience you’ve come to know and love.
As we approach our final day, I encourage you to join me in celebrating and supporting Adriana and Anya as they move into new and exciting opportunities. I am so proud of everything we have achieved together and grateful for the care they have shown to each and every client.
A New Beginning for Nefertiti Salon?
While Nefertiti Salon will be closing under my care, there is a possibility for a new chapter. The business is now for sale, and I remain hopeful that someone with the same passion and dedication to beauty and wellness will take the reins.
This means it may not be the end of the Nefertiti Salon you know and love. Should the salon find a new owner, I’m confident they will continue to nurture the wonderful community we’ve built together.
Looking Back with Gratitude
Over the past four years, I have been incredibly fortunate to build not just a clientele but a community. Your kindness, loyalty, and encouragement have made every moment worthwhile. From everyday appointments to celebrating your milestones, the memories we’ve created together will always hold a special place in my heart.
Although it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, I look forward to what lies ahead and hope our paths will cross again in the future.

Booking a Treatment On-Line
When booking online you simply choose the time and date that suits you best and we shall return your appointment confirmation via SMS.
LABYBY AVAILABLE
LayBy lets you receive your treatment now while spreading the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments, interest free.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nefertiti we do understand that sometimes appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled but we do ask that you please allow us 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Outside of business hours a message can be left on our phone or appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled on our website through the online booking system.
If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment, as a ‘no show’ you will be charged in full for the services you originally booked for. if applicable your gift voucher will be voided, and any deposit paid will be retained. If you need to re-schedule your appointment and do not provide a minimum of 5 hours notice you may be required to pay a late service charge fee of $15.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nefertiti we do understand that sometimes appointments needs to be rescheduled or cancelled but we do ask that you please allow us 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. Outside of business hours a message can be left on our phone or you can contact us through website, social media or alternatively text back to your appointment reminders.
If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment as a no show, you will be charged 50% for the services you originally booked for. If applicable your gift voucher will be voided, and any deposits paid will be retained.
If you need to re-schedule your appointment and do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice you will be required to pay 50% for the services you originally booked for.
